For more than 80 years, Commissionaires Nova Scotia (CNS), a not-for-profit organization, has been providing premier security services to Nova Scotian companies and organizations across the province. Historically known for its social mandate to provide meaningful employment to military and police veterans, CNS now employs over 1,200 trained professionals at more than 200 sites across the region. CNS is a leader in providing security services, including guarding, threat risk assessments, by-law enforcement, police clearances, federally certified unmanned aerial systems, closed-circuit television monitoring, record suspension, and US waiver services.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by leading people strategies that align with the organization’s mission and values. You will play a critical part in driving culture, performance management, and recruitment, all while fostering a supportive environment that values the contributions of every individual.
