Director, Organizational Change Management
Reporting to the SVP Corporate People and Culture, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive sustainable adoption of change across enterprise-wide transformation efforts. This role will begin by supporting a global, multi-year Performance Transformation and expand to include other strategic and operational changes across the organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, thought partner, and execution leader—comfortable both shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver impact on the ground.
What You’ll Be Doing :
You will lead the design and execution of organizational change efforts, ensuring our teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working. You will work closely with internal teams, functional leaders, and external partners to align change strategies with business goals and deliver measurable results.
