An established industry player is seeking a Director of Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight to lead regulatory engagements and enhance risk management practices. The Director, Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight (ORRO), will report to and support the Head of ORRO Governance. The Director will be responsible for external engagements which include managing relationships and requirements with regulators, collaborating closely with compliance, internal audit, and keys stakeholders in the first line of defense. The role will also be responsible for leading the performance and maturity assessment of ORRO function, developing performance measures and monitoring mechanism for the team.

Salary range is expected to be between: $105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CAD
