What is the opportunity?
The GRM Operational Risk Advisory & Oversight (A&O) team is responsible for providing independent and objective oversight of operational risk management (ORM) for the Personal Banking and Commercial Banking business segments. The primary purpose for this Director role is to ensure that operational risk profiles for each business within PB and CB have been established, kept current, and demonstrate fair and accurate representations of the bank’s operational risk exposure. This role partners closely with the business to facilitate the implementation of the operational risk framework and sound risk management practices across the business platforms.
What will you do?
Act as a leader in Operational Risk
Direct the Implementation of RBC’s Operational Risk Management (ORM) program and practices
Provide Operational Risk advice and monitor key & emerging risks
Enable regulatory change, Operational Risk governance and reporting
