Role
  • Define and lead Offers’ long-term vision in the media network space across the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure strong market positioning.
  • Identify emerging distribution channels for business success.
  • Shape the advertiser value proposition by understanding merchant, agency, and media buyer needs.
  • Develop solutions that integrate with omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Define programmatic strategies including connections to DSP, SSP, and other providers.
  • Work with sales to ensure effective selling of ad sales.
  • Partner with Offers growth leads on monetization strategies.
  • Promote awareness of Offers’ role in the media network space within the organization.
About You
  • Experience in advertising, ad-tech, product development, or startups.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and media networks.
  • Knowledge of agency and advertiser relationships and decision-making processes.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel requirements and performance strategies.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and independent work.
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising and omni-channel measurement.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Location: Toronto, with some travel.
