H2Safety Services Inc. seeks a dynamic Director of Training to lead strategic planning and development of our training programs. You will align training with business objectives, manage the department budget, and drive innovation including ICS-focused offerings for client needs.

Lead the team, expand partnerships with regulatory bodies, and ensure compliance across programs. This role emphasizes leadership, regulatory knowledge, and business development in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in training management, instructional design, or emergency management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and program development.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the training department’s budget and ensure financial sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for new training programs, certifications, and industry partnerships.
• Lead strategic planning and innovation in training delivery, including digital transformation and AI-driven learning tools.
• Ensure training programs meet regulatory compliance requirements.
