Talent Harbour is growing rapidly through acquisitions and expanding our services across North America. We’re looking for a Director of Talent Delivery & Recruiting to lead and scale our internal delivery teams—with a primary focus on recruiting.

This is a key leadership role where you'll own the recruiting function—coaching recruiters, ensuring top-tier client delivery, and building out the team as we grow. You’ll also oversee our coaches, consultants, and leadership development professionals. You’ll work closely with our award-winning, purpose-driven entrepreneurial founders to build a firm that doesn’t just grow — it transforms organizations, elevates people, and creates lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the recruiting function—oversee, grow, and coach our internal team of recruiters to deliver exceptional client results
  • Step in hands-on to support recruiting mandates as needed—model excellence and drive performance
  • Lead all service delivery teams: Recruiters, Leadership Coaches, Career Consultants, and Business Consultants
  • Onboard and develop high-performing talent across all service lines
  • Build and implement SOPs, onboarding programs, scorecards, and internal systems
  • Track KPIs and ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery
  • Partner with the CEO and VP of Client Services to support operational leadership and scalable growth
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, fix breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement

Ideal Backgrounds

We’re open to leaders from a variety of professional and entrepreneurial business environments. If you’ve successfully led recruiting teams, built delivery systems, and driven results in a fast-moving setting, we want to talk.

  • Recruiting or Delivery Leader from a staffing, executive search, or RPO firm
  • Operations/Delivery Manager from a consulting or talent services firm
  • Client Delivery Lead from a high-growth professional services or SaaS company
  • Entrepreneurial ops leader who’s built and scaled internal teams and knows how to deliver for clients

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 (based on experience and leadership background)

Top performers have the potential to earn $150,000–$200,000+ in total compensation

Performance Bonus: Uncapped bonus structure tied to team performance, service delivery outcomes, and overall business impact

Designed to reward leaders who build high-performing teams and deliver measurable results

We believe in rewarding results. If you perform at a high level, there’s no cap on what you can earn.

Location: Burnaby, BC (in-office, 5 days/week)

Office may relocate to Port Moody or the Tri-Cities area in the near future.
