Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of actuarial, LICAT, and reinsurance systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in system processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in actuarial, LICAT, and reinsurance systems management.
• Proven experience with relevant Azure related cloud.
• Relevant professional licenses or certifications such as Azure cloud certification
• Hands on experience with DB and Azure infrastructure
• Management Azure infra-cost budgeting and forecasting.

Salary range is expected to be between

$110,530.00 CAD - $205,270.00 CAD
