Position Overview :

We seek a proactive, technically skilled, and strategic leader to oversee our Professional Services, Managed Services, and Project Management Office (PMO). You will be instrumental in delivering successful implementation projects, supporting our managed services, and aligning efforts with client needs and cybersecurity best practices.

About You :

You possess a comprehensive understanding of internet technologies with a security-first approach. You can articulate how these technologies interact and how to secure them from the client to the source.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Acumen

  • DNS: Deep understanding of DNS resolution, record types, anycast routing, and DNSSEC security extensions.
  • IP Routing & Networking: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, packet routing, and network topology.
  • TLS / SSL: Expertise in TLS handshake, certificate management, and cipher suites.
  • Load Balancers: Knowledge of Layer 4/7 load balancing, algorithms, and session persistence.
  • Web & Proxy Servers: Experience with Nginx or Apache, and reverse proxies.
  • Cloud & CDN: Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and CDN technologies.
  • Storage Technologies: Understanding of cloud storage options like S3, EBS, EFS/NFS.
  • Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with IaC tools and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Security Expertise: Knowledge of web security principles, DDoS mitigation, WAF, API security, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or PCI-DSS.

Professional Services Delivery & Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of implementation, integration, and advisory projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and improve service offerings, methodologies, and processes.
  • Manage the P&L for the Professional Services line, driving revenue and scalability.
  • Monitor KPIs such as billable hours, revenue, backlog, and NPS.
  • Build and operate the Managed Services division, including onboarding, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Ensure services comply with cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years in IT Professional Services, with 5+ in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and secure operations; MSP experience preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Deep cybersecurity knowledge and experience with system architecture and DevOps.
  • Proven project management skills with complex projects.

Preferred :

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Certifications like PMP, CISSP, etc.
  • Knowledge of data masking, tokenization, and secure data integration.
