A leading agency in the digital marketing space seeks a Director of Sales for Ontario. This pivotal role involves leading a growing sales team, nurturing customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. The Director of Sales – Ontario will be responsible for leading the region in the sale of our Digital Marketing Software and Digital Advertising solutions.
A business-building role, you will represent 360.Agency and establish the foundation of our sales practice for the entire region, hire, train and retain staff and play a pivotal role in developing excellent customer relationships with all new and existing business clientele through a team of Territory Managers (software sales) and Media Directors (digital advertising sales) with automotive dealers within the region.
Responsibilities consist of sales management duties and will include managing client business relationships, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are developed and executed all while achieving and surpassing sales targets.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the National VP of Sales and Business Development as well as collaborating with their Director of Sales peers across the country, and/or other departments as required.
