Description

• Revenue & Sales Leadership : Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Team Development & Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and catering team.
• Brand & Market Positioning : Oversee brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals to maximize profitability and market share.
• Strategic Planning & Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement competitive strategies.
• Financial Management : Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets to optimize resources and profitability.
• Client & Community Engagement : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and actively represent the organization in the local market.
• Marketing & Public Relations : Develop and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement.

Requirements

Education : Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of five years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Skills & Expertise :

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proven track record of driving revenue and market share growth.

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Knowledge of social media strategy and digital marketing tools.

Familiarity with hospitality sales systems (Marriott systems experience is an asset).

Other Requirements : Must have a vehicle and be available for travel as needed.
