About the Property

Role Summary

The Director of Sales will scale the property’s revenue strategy, growing occupancy and ADR within this competitive market. You’ll lead all outward-facing growth initiatives, both transient, group, and crew business. Building local partnerships and promotions through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing roadmap that encompasses transient, group, extended-stay, corporate, and leisure segments.
  • Revenue & Distribution Management: Oversee online channels, negotiate key corporate contracts, collaborate with OTAs, and refine pricing strategies to boost profit margins.
  • Brand Messaging: Lead all brand positioning and storytelling efforts.
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: Design and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including occupancy, RevPAR, pipeline value, conversion ratios, and digital performance.
  • Guest Experience: Collaborate with operations to ensure sales and marketing promise align with guest delivery.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in hotel sales and marketing, ideally with leadership experience in extended-stay or airport-adjacent hotels.
  • A track record of unlocking new channels, negotiating high-value contracts, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Ability to articulate why suites with home-like amenities are the smart choice for extended-stay travellers.
  • Understand distribution analytics, competitive benchmarking, and pricing optimization.
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to build, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with Owners, GMs, partners, and guests.
