A global leader in outdoor power products is seeking a Director of Sales to manage key account relationships and drive sales growth across major Canadian retailers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of B2B sales experience and 5+ years in sales management, with a focus on consultative selling and financial acumen. This role offers a competitive salary plus bonuses and an opportunity for leadership development within the company.
As Director of Sales, you will initially focus on managing key account relationships and driving sales growth across major Canadian retailers such as Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Costco, and others. You will roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor while preparing to transition into a leadership role overseeing a small team of sales professionals. This role requires strong sales management experience, business acumen including P&L responsibility, and the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships. You will work closely with senior management and internal teams to develop sales strategies and ensure successful execution. This position reports to the Managing Director, Canada. The position offers a base salary range of $175,000 - $200,000 CAD plus bonuses.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
Head Office: Brampton, ON
Work Environment: Primarily office-based, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
Travel: 10–25% (up to 5 days/month). Includes visits to Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec, and occasional international travel.
Territory Coverage: All of Canada, with key focus on Toronto, Ottawa, and Quebec
