RevDoc is on a mission to make cash-pay healthcare fast, transparent, and accessible. Through our mobile platform and growing provider network, we connect patients directly with trusted medical professionals.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Director of Sales to drive adoption of our healthcare platform across the Canadian provider landscape. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of Canada’s healthcare environment—both public and private—and a passion for expanding access to uninsured, out-of-pocket services. You will be responsible for leading the Canadian sales strategy, hiring and managing the sales team, and securing partnerships with clinics, physicians, and provider organizations across provinces.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting private clinics, family practices, specialty groups, and providers offering uninsured or supplementary services.
  • Navigate the nuances of Canada’s healthcare system, including variations between provinces, public-private dynamics, and emerging trends in cash-pay offerings.
  • Identify growth opportunities in telehealth, urgent care, diagnostics, wellness services, and non-OHIP / MSP-covered services.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team with knowledge of Canadian healthcare markets.
  • Set clear KPIs, territories, and performance benchmarks.
  • Establish scalable sales processes including CRM workflows, sales playbooks, and reporting systems.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Cultivate relationships with clinic administrators, physician groups, and decision-makers.
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles, from lead generation through negotiation and close.
  • Educate potential partners on how our platform can enhance patient access, revenue streams, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop regionally tailored campaigns, provider education materials, and go-to-market tactics.
  • Work with Product and Customer Success to align platform capabilities with Canadian regulatory, billing, and language requirements.
  • Represent the voice of Canadian providers in internal product feedback and roadmap discussions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B healthcare sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role in Canada.
  • Strong track record of selling into medical clinics, allied health, or digital health providers.
  • Familiarity with Canadian healthcare regulations (e.g., OHIP, MSP, RAMQ) and experience navigating private-pay or supplemental service models.
  • Experience leading cross-provincial sales teams and working with diverse cultural and linguistic regions (e.g., Quebec).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance analytics.

Preferred Skills & Traits

  • Bilingual (English / French) strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of uninsured, cash-pay, concierge medicine, or digital health marketplaces.
  • Ability to adapt messaging and positioning for provincial differences in regulation and healthcare delivery.
  • High integrity, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset.
  • Excited by startup pace and mission-driven work improving access to care.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based variable compensation
