Position Summary

As the Director of Canada Sales – trü ü you will create a new and sustainable business model for Trü Frü in the market, establishing a go‑to‑market strategy, building and developing the route to market for our portfolio and creating the foundations for future growth in Canada, including marketing activation.

The position encompasses crafting comprehensive multi‑year growth strategies and ensuring seamless sales execution across channels; inclusive of DCOM. You will play a key role in molding the company’s long‑term strategic plans and build a team (Strategic Demand and Account Management).

Salary & Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $188,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
