What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire:Direct and mentor a seasoned team of sales professionals across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, driving performance, accountability, and customer success.
  • Strategize & Execute:Design and implement territory-wide strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, with oversight of a region generating $50M+ in annual business.
  • Expand & Elevate:Identify new market opportunities, cultivate key accounts, and expand the organization’s reach across diverse sectors including water, industrial, and energy.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with evolving market demands and client priorities.
  • Own the Numbers:Manage forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline performance while using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Be the Face of the Brand:Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows, strengthening visibility and brand leadership.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally managing teams across multiple provinces and large territories.
  • Proven experience leading sales efforts in an industrial, infrastructure, or engineered solutions environment.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing revenue generation in the range of $50M+ and scaling results in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills—able to motivate remote and diverse teams, with a coaching mindset and strong sense of accountability.
  • Strategic acumen with the ability to turn insights into action, and a relentless drive for results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the territory as needed to support teams and engage directly with customers.
