About The Role

As Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for building our sales team, setting strategy, and ensuring execution. You’ll report directly to the executive team and play a critical role in scaling our revenue, customer base, and national presence. You’re both a visionary and a closer — someone who can drive numbers while building culture and systems that last.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales team across North America
  • Define sales strategy, KPI's, quarterly targets, and annual growth plans
  • Manage key accounts and high-value client relationships
  • Own the pipeline: forecasting, reporting, and performance management
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and product to ensure aligned go-to-market plans
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales hires
  • Represent the company at major trade shows, expos, and partner events

You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • A proven track record of growing revenue and building sales teams from scratch
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, pipeline health, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in experiential marketing, consumer products, or event services is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel
