Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales to lead corporate, group, and event sales, manage a high-performing team, and cultivate strong client relationships. Your focus will be on corporate rooms (group and individual), banquet, and event sales, ensuring our properties are the top choice for business travel, meetings, and special events.

How You Will Lead
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-performing sales team.
  • Foster a results-driven culture with clear goals, accountability, and KPIs.
  • Lead by example with hands-on coaching, training, and continuous feedback.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, revenue management, marketing, and operations.
Corporate and Group Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on corporate rooms, banquets, and events, prioritizing high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners for long-term revenue growth.
  • Host client events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to drive future business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that support sales.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Performance & Business Development
  • Drive proactive prospecting and lead generation to maximize corporate and group bookings.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to align sales strategies with pricing, competitive positioning, and profitability goals.
  • Ensure efficient budget management to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecasts, pipeline activity, and key business trends to optimize results.
  • Negotiate key corporate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
Client Relations & Operational Excellence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure flawless execution of corporate stays, meetings, and events.
  • Oversee corporate and social group dining to position venues as premier destinations.
  • Standardize sales processes and establish best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
