At Sunrise, our Director of Sales is responsible for building relationships and developing referrals. This is key to success in this sales leadership role. Monitoring local market conditions and potential referral sources can significantly impact lead generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:
  • Nurturing lead sources
  • Organizing strategic marketing events on-site to promote the Sunrise story
  • Implementing creative tactics to convert leads into move-ins
  • Training new team members as they gain experience on the Sunrise sales team
  • Reinforcing the community’s brand reputation and achieving maximum occupancy goals
Qualifications:
  • Sales experience in senior living, hospitality, or related healthcare environment preferred (e.g., hospital, skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, CCRC, or home health)
  • Successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Passion for seniors and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week (usually Tuesday-Saturday) and some evenings as needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications; experience with a CRM tool for tracking leads is preferred
