As Director of Robotics AI, you will join the senior leadership team and take full ownership of our client's AI strategy within their robotics division. You will lead and scale a world-class AI team, build a transformative roadmap, and deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities that redefine what’s possible in autonomous systems and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor the current AI team, with planned growth of 3x over the next two years
• Define and implement a forward-looking roadmap to enhance robotic capabilities through AI and ML
• Ensure the competitiveness and scalability of AI-enabled solutions
• Drive both short-term execution and long-term innovation
• Represent the organization at industry forums and contribute to global thought leadership in AI and robotics
• Oversee patent strategy and contribute to the expansion of the company's IP portfolio
• Collaborate across technical and business units to align initiatives with strategic goals

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and imitation learning
• Strong knowledge of foundational models and architectures (LLMs, VLMs)
• Proven experience in computer vision, object detection, NLP, motion control, and autonomous decision-making
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing AI teams
• Hands-on experience developing scalable AI solutions in robotics or related domains
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Comfortable working in innovation-driven, fast-paced environments
