Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO? This role is designed as an individual contributor position, without team management responsibilities.

Risk Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Enhance and streamline IT risk reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights to stakeholders.
  2. Utilize, coordinate, and manage data analysis techniques to identify, assess, and quantify potential risks.

Communication & Delivery:

  1. Identify and communicate risk-related issues; provide recommendations to ensure risks are managed, measured, and monitored properly.
  2. Manage complex risk management projects for the Innovation and Technology group for CUSO application (Combined U.S. Operations).

Regulatory Compliance:

  1. Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, especially U.S. regulations, and adapt internal risk strategies accordingly.
  2. Ensure compliance with IT regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and financial industry standards.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders including IT applications, Global Security, and business teams to ensure effective risk practices across all applications.
  2. Participate in governance committees and advise on IT risk matters, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

  1. Undergraduate degree with IT risk management experience or in a technology-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills for executive audiences.
  3. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  4. Self-driven individual contributor with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:

  1. Proven experience leading IT risk remediation projects, especially related to CUSO applications.
  2. Deep knowledge of IT risk assessment methodologies, frameworks, and industry standards.
  3. Excellent advisory, facilitation, and presentation skills at the executive level.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
