WHAT WILL YOU DO? This role is designed as an individual contributor position, without team management responsibilities.
Risk Analysis and Reporting:
- Enhance and streamline IT risk reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize, coordinate, and manage data analysis techniques to identify, assess, and quantify potential risks.
Communication & Delivery:
- Identify and communicate risk-related issues; provide recommendations to ensure risks are managed, measured, and monitored properly.
- Manage complex risk management projects for the Innovation and Technology group for CUSO application (Combined U.S. Operations).
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, especially U.S. regulations, and adapt internal risk strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with IT regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and financial industry standards.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders including IT applications, Global Security, and business teams to ensure effective risk practices across all applications.
- Participate in governance committees and advise on IT risk matters, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
What do you need to succeed? Must have:
- Undergraduate degree with IT risk management experience or in a technology-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Self-driven individual contributor with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
Nice-to-have:
- Proven experience leading IT risk remediation projects, especially related to CUSO applications.
- Deep knowledge of IT risk assessment methodologies, frameworks, and industry standards.
- Excellent advisory, facilitation, and presentation skills at the executive level.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
