We are in search of a dynamic, passionate and visionary Director of Retail Sales & Operations to lead our sales strategy, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding results.

Job Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Develop and execute innovative retail sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandisers, Buying, Digital Marketing & Customer Service departments to integrate retail sales goals with company-wide growth plans.
  • Report & partner with the CEO to communicate region-specific needs and shape the broader business strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire District Managers & Store managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and keep in store teams energized and aligned with key objectives.
  • In collaboration with the regional trainer drive a culture of high-performance sales by coaching teams on effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPI’s) to assess store performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top talent in sales channels.
  • Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication, ensuring the well-being of all retail team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior retail leadership, ideally as a Head of Retail Sales and Operations or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills focused on sales performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
  • Understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, merchandising, and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency with retail and POS software.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Agile and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
