You’re a mature and experienced individual with a track record of successfully leading and empowering others; you know how to bring out the best in others while maintaining a constructive and encouraging environment. Whether speaking to a tenant, direct report, or part of the executive team, you find it easy to relate to and build rapport with others. You have excellent communication skills and can relay information in a clear and concise way. You’re organized and detail oriented, and enjoy being responsible for a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic role.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Director of Residential Services is responsible for supporting on site staff with tenancy issues, creating and managing facility operations manuals, reviewing and optimizing management processes, and assisting in staffing requirements.

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually

Recruitment Process: Applicants will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A Criminal Record Search and reference checks will be conducted as part of the process.
Status: Full-time permanent
Hours Per Week: 40 + on call
