Our client, a large financial institutions, is building a newly formed Consolidated Finance Regulatory Reporting team and is seeking an experienced Director of Regulatory Reporting to lead the build-out and execution of regulatory reporting processes under a strong governance and control framework. This newly created role will play a key part in consolidating and overseeing all regulatory reporting deliverables including OSFI, IIROC, and other financial regulatory filings across the bank's Canadian entities.
You will be responsible for managing the BAU preparation of regulatory statements, supporting regulatory change initiatives, and implementing best-in-class controls. This is a high-impact leadership role with a strong emphasis on controls, governance, and regulatory transformation.
