The Role:
As the Director of Recruitment, you will inspire and lead a team of dedicated recruitment professionals. You’ll oversee all aspects of the recruitment process—from strategy development and candidate sourcing to offer management—ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates. Reporting directly to the President, you will foster a positive, collaborative work culture while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Culture Building: Mentor and inspire your team, creating an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and growth. Provide ongoing training and professional development to help every team member reach their full potential.
  2. Recruitment Excellence: Manage the full recruitment cycle for your own assignments while guiding the team’s work. From scoping assignments to crafting search strategies and conducting interviews, deliver exceptional results that resonate with clients and candidates alike.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with clients. Ensure clear communication and an elevated level of trust, guiding them through every step of the recruitment process.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously seek out new tools, processes, and strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency. Always think of ways to work smarter and achieve even better results.

What You Bring:

  1. Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Education: A bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in HR or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
  3. Relationship Building: Proven success in cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Strategic Mindset: A blend of strategic thinking and execution skills that deliver tangible results.
  5. Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Passion for Development: A genuine enthusiasm for team development, problem-solving, and making a positive impact.
