Job summary

EviSmart is seeking a VP of Product to orchestrate four evolving pillars, unblock teams, and drive decisions without bottlenecks. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with CTO/GM and AI squads across locations.

You’ve led product teams in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services, shipping in complex, changing environments, and you understand AI product lifecycles. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, with 5+ years leading product teams in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Proven ability to ship products in messy, unclear environments.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams, ideally across APAC time zones.
• Able to switch between strategic roadmapping and tactical UX/debug work.
• Familiarity with AI/ML product development and build/measure cycles.

Responsibilities

• Keep the four pillars coordinated and unblock teams to accelerate decision‑making.
• Own the product operations, including roadmap timing and prioritization across squads.
• Stay close to customers, translate pains into shippable features, and monitor competitive activity.
