Role

Mastercard Identity, within the Security Solutions organization, leads the development of products and services that enable global commerce, promote financial inclusion, prevent crime, and create seamless experiences. The Identity Attribute Verification team develops and manages products, programs, and services focused on deterministic attribute verification, delivering value across the ecosystem, combating fraud, and addressing regulatory requirements. Our vision is to deliver a single, rail-agnostic platform and a real-time suite of solutions.

The Director of Product Development will lead the development and execution of new Identity Attribute verification products and capabilities globally, enabling Mastercard to deliver a unified platform and real-time solutions for identity attribute verification.

This role involves solutioning for strategic use cases and new verticals with the Identity Attribute Verification Suite, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals, managing proofs of concept, pilots, and early implementations, establishing technical and operational readiness, partnering with engineering teams on product requirements, and serving as a product ambassador.

• Extensive experience in product development with strong data analysis, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record in product conceptualization, design, and commercialization, especially with technical products.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and influence across backgrounds.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
• Knowledge of digital payments, identity, EMVCo 3DS, and security landscape is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
