• Schedule:Full-Time, Days. 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday
• Facility: Ascension SaintThomas Medical Partners
• Location: Onsite - Nashville, TN (Ascension Saint Thomas 21st Ave Building). Some travel required to supporting Saint Thomas Clinics.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations.

• Develop goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
• Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepare operational and departmental budgets and ensure compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
• Direct and evaluate practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Experience in physician practice operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills to engage teams and providers
