McInnes Cooper is seeking a dynamic Director of People and Culture to lead their People and Culture function during a period of exciting growth and transformation. Based in any of McInnes Cooper’s locations in Atlantic Canada, this is a unique opportunity to shape the function’s mandate, model, and capabilities, supporting a diverse team across all offices.

In this role, you will lead key People and Culture initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and process improvement. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to align HR strategies with the firm’s long-term goals, fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace that drives operational efficiency and supports continued growth.

This is a high-impact leadership position with the chance to shape the future of a well-respected firm that values collaboration, resilience, and continuous development. McInnes Cooper is looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for people, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to creating a supportive and empowering work environment.
