A leading international fashion client in Toronto is seeking a Director of People & Culture to enhance the employee experience and oversee strategic HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and employee engagement, driving initiatives that align with organizational goals while maintaining a flexible approach in a rapidly evolving environment.
Our Torontol-based, International fashion client requires a Director of People & Culture who will lead the development and implementation of all People & Culture functions, including elevating the employee experience, spearheading employee relations, hiring & onboarding, leading training & development, employee retention & engagement, and overseeing compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert advisor to the Senior Management Team and ensure policies and practices follow all applicable provincial / federal legislation. This role requires both strategic and hands-on duties, and a passion for developing and implementing HR strategy, programs and processes to support organizational objectives, and a flexible approach to adapt to rapidly changing needs.
