We have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and pragmatic leader to join our Calgary team as Director of People and Culture. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the Managing Lawyer, this key leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that supports our continued growth and evolving business priorities. This is an ideal role for a People and Culture leader ready to expand their scope beyond a single firm. You'll help lead Litco LSO's transition from a traditional law firm structure to a shared services model supporting multiple partner firms across provinces, states, and countries. It\'s a unique chance to gain international exposure while building scalable, future-focused people practices across diverse legal jurisdictions.
This role will be instrumental in shaping culture through rapid growth, integrating new teams, and establishing consistent HR practices across regions. It\'s a strong fit for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast moving environments and is passionate about building a cohesive, high performing organization.
