As the Director of Organizational Development within Pomerleau's Talent, Culture, and Leadership team, you will play a strategic role in developing innovative practices to strengthen company culture, optimize human resource management processes, and promote an inclusive and high-performing work environment. You will have the opportunity to be supported by two organizational development professionals and work closely with business partners, the Centers of Excellence (TCL), change management expertise, as well as operational and functional leaders.

What You Will Do

  1. Design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with the company's ambitions.
  2. Strengthen our company culture in line with our inclusion practices and within a matrix context, including:
  • Contributing to developing Pomerleau's leadership model.
  • Assisting in the implementation of our HRMS platform by identifying the best talent management processes.
  • Diagnose organizational needs, recommend solutions, and ensure a sustainable deployment plan to improve the overall development and performance of individuals and the company.
  • Conduct data analyses to measure the impact of organizational development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the design of tools and practices related to various phases of the talent lifecycle (integration, performance management, succession planning, engagement, etc.).
  • This role could be for you if you have

    • Degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field; bilingual in French & English.
    • At least 10 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
    • Proven experience leading large-scale change projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to navigate a matrix structure and a fast-paced growth environment.
    • Knowledge of best practices in talent management and leadership development.
    • Proficiency in human resource management tools and technologies.
    • Ability to introduce new tools and work methodologies.
