Job description

The Campus Operations Team at Trinity Church is looking to hire an individual with a passion for leadership and organizational excellence. We are looking for someone who thrives in strategy, enjoys problem-solving, and can adapt to changing needs throughout the year. In this position, you will report to the lead pastor and collaborate with the Directional Leadership Team to ensure that Trinity’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. From overseeing strategic planning to managing day-to-day campus operations, you will play a crucial role in executing our vision and mission with excellence. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in operations management and team leadership. While we recognize that growth and learning are continuous, we need someone who is already well-versed in operational best practices and ready to make an immediate impact.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role, with a proven track record of optimizing operational efficacy and driving business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership in the efforts and activities of the Trinity team in alignment with church vision, values, goals, and objectives.
  • Partner and coordinate with multiple ministry departments in executing Trinity’s strategic plan.
  • Work with Directional Lead Team to oversee day-to-day operations, including financial, risk management, operational efficiencies, and administration strategy.
  • Provide direct oversight of Campus Operations (Food Services, Facilities, Rentals).
  • Evaluate the efficiency of operational activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Partner with the Directional Leadership Team to ensure compliance with church bylaws/constitution, internal policies relating to Human Resources, and Finance.
  • Work with Finance to allocate and manage the campus operations budget for asset-related expenses, ensuring accurate capital budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee the strategic management and maintenance of campus assets.
