This is a remote position requiring extensive travel within the Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island Area, approximately 3 to 4 days a week. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, you will support our Partners across the province by delivering expertise in key business areas, resulting in optimal patient care and stakeholder value. You are a proven leader with experience managing teams effectively, supporting Partners in delivering top-tier patient care, and driven by excellence.

In this role, you will

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and support contact for an assigned practice network, overseeing up to 15 locations and leading a team of Regional Managers
  • Identify opportunities to optimize practices, drive service excellence and growth, and meet annual targets
  • Develop and implement action plans for each dental practice
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance patient care, experience, revenue, profitability, staff engagement, and facility standards
  • Foster relationships and synergies across the practice network
  • Improve partnership between Practice Community and Support Centre to ensure service excellence
  • Support practices and drive goals through Support Centre SMEs via execution and implementation of new programs
  • Mentor, develop, and lead a team of Regional and Practice Managers

What we're looking for

  • University or College Diploma in retail, business, office administration, or related field
  • Three to five years of experience in multi-unit Dental Practice Management or Healthcare industry
  • Strong business insight with extensive experience managing P&L, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to drive sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth through KPIs and metrics
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills; ability to build effective relationships across diverse groups
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
