Your Contribution

As the Director of Operations for Geotechnical and Materials Engineering in Southwest Ontario, your main responsibilities will include:

• Promoting health and safety policies
• Managing operations to meet corporate goals
• Ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and project profitability
• Leading and mentoring teams and project managers
• Participating in succession planning and employee development
• Developing budgets and overseeing financial activities
• Representing the company in client meetings and project management
• Managing project portfolios and ensuring project compliance and quality standards
• Fostering client relationships and supporting business development efforts

Your Profile

• University Degree in Civil Engineering; post-graduate degree an asset
• At least 15 years in technical, project management, and business development roles
• Experience in engineering consulting and Geotechnical, Pavements, and Materials fields
• Member of Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO)
• Leadership skills, autonomy, and ability to foster positive relations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel across Ontario
• Security clearance eligibility
• Commitment to occupational health and safety
