We\'re a new company specializing in diagnostics, calibrations, and coatings, and we\'re looking for a dynamic individual to help us expand our footprint nationally. What drives your day-to-day?

  • Lead with Vision: Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow ACX Auto Services from a regional startup to a national leader in diagnostics, calibrations, and coatings.
  • Build the Foundation: Establish and refine operational processes, including technician training, quality control standards, and service delivery protocols.
  • Drive Growth: Work closely with the leadership team to identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly within the collision repair, hail repair, and dealership sectors.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Develop Our People: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled technicians and operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Be the Expert: Stay on top of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure ACX Auto Services remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Enhance Sales Performance: Leverage your sales experience and lead handling expertise to create a customer-centric sales environment. You\'ll be responsible for the importance of lead nurturing, ensuring we guide the customer through their entire journey—from initial research to the point of sale.

  • An Industry Veteran: You have a proven track record of success in the automotive, collision repair, or a related industry. Experience in diagnostics, calibrations, or coatings is a significant asset.

  • A Strong Leader: You know how to inspire a team and create a positive, high-performance work environment.

  • Completed a related post-secondary program and or training courses would be valuable
  • 5 years of experience in an automotive industry
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • A valid driver\'s license and a safe driving history
  • Ability to train, coach, direct and encourage technicians, advisors and shop foreman
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven sales experience and expertise in handling leads and moving customers through the sales funnel.
