Salary: $94,800 – $134,800 per year + performance-based bonuses (paid monthly and annually)

About The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to lead our growing maintenance division at Complete Landscape. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the success of all teams, systems, and customer relationships. You’ll build a high-performing division through accountability, systems thinking, and strong field experience.

This is not a remote position. You must lead from the front — coaching your team, visiting sites, and engaging with customers. We work better when we are together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, schedule, and retain team members
  • Monitor job quality, foremen performance, and client satisfaction
  • Lead operational planning and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain org charts, scorecards, and training systems
  • Analyze data to improve labor efficiency and reduce costs
  • Drive EOS, Jobber, and Lean systems
  • Oversee winter salting/plowing operations and fleet management
  • Conduct performance reviews, lead team huddles, and produce monthly reports
  • Attend site meetings and maintain strong client communication


Performance-Based Bonus Program

You’ll be eligible for the following bonuses based on the revenue you manage:

  • Monthly Under-Hour Bonus


Under budgeted hours - paid monthly

  • Annual Customer Retention Bonus


Work Schedule & Expectations

  • Hours: Minimum 50 hrs/week (typical: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • Winter: On-call availability for salting and plowing
  • Evenings/Weekends: May require communication or site planning
  • Location: Office/shop-based – must lead in-person
  • Culture: Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
