A nonprofit organization in Calgary is seeking a Director of Operations to ensure smooth functioning of administrative, operational, and organizational systems. The role involves overseeing office operations, supporting HR and finance processes, and managing technology and facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in operations or nonprofit management and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time in-person position offering a salary of $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations ensures the smooth functioning of the Society's administrative, operational, and organizational systems. This role oversees office operations, supports HR and finance processes, and manages facilities, technology, and governance support. The Director of Operations ensures compliance, efficiency, and alignment with the Society's mission and strategic priorities.
