Job summary

CPA Ontario is seeking a dynamic Director of Member Experience to lead programs that engage and support our vast member communities. You will drive community growth, manage data-informed strategies, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver meaningful experiences.

This 12-month contract role emphasises leadership, stakeholder management, and innovative use of digital platforms, events, and CRM tooling to elevate member value and satisfaction across Ontario.

Qualifications

• CPA designation preferred.
• 7+ years leading large scale internal or external customer initiatives with measurable results.
• 3+ years managing a high-performing team; coaching for culture and belonging.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience developing and hosting events, in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Grow and evolve our Communities of Interest program with cross-organization partnerships and engaging communications, events, and digital platforms.
• Engage community leaders and members; build relationships and capture insights to inform priorities.
• Develop a data-driven growth strategy to expand member segments including practitioners and emerging CPAs.
• Map member journeys and design audience personas to deliver personalised experiences while ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and partnerships to improve member satisfaction and engagement metrics.
