Our client is seeking a Director of Fabrication and Manufacturing to join their team in the beautiful Okanagan region of BC. This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for end-to-end oversight of steel fabrication and manufacturing across the organization.

Relocation support will be provided.

Responsibilities :

• Oversight of steel manufacturing and production department as a senior leader
• Implement best practices for manufacturing processes with the organization
• Coach mentor and develop the operations and supply chain team members
• Oversee health and safety of the operation
• Utilize and manage KPIs for optimal performance of the operation
• Manage the budget for the department

Requirements :

7-10+ years in manufacturing within the steel fabrication industry

Post secondary in Operations, Engineering or related

Experience with welding, welding supervision

Experience with CNC and fabrication

Salary target in the mid 100,000 range

Relocation support available.
