Job summary

Beacon Software is seeking an experienced investment professional to lead M&A activities and drive growth through acquisitions. This role involves managing the full deal cycle, from sourcing to integration, while collaborating closely with company founders and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related fields, strong strategic thinking abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, or investment banking.
• Proven experience leading M&A transactions from sourcing to integration.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal processes for acquisitions.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support recommendations.
