Job Summary
As the Director of Low-Rise Construction, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operational performance of Cresco’s Low-Rise Housing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Development & Construction, this leadership position ensures homes are built on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to contribute to Cresco’s legacy of excellence while driving innovation and customer experience.

Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you are a seasoned construction professional with a post-secondary education in construction management, business, or a related discipline, and a proven track record of at least 12 years of experience—including a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-functional teams. As the successful candidate, you bring proven experience in the low-rise residential construction industry, including a deep understanding of current regulations, building contracts, drawings, industry terminology, and progressive construction best practices. Known for your ability to lead high-performing teams, you are adept at managing complex budgets, driving strategic plans, and fostering collaboration across departments. Your strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate challenges with confidence, while your proficiency in analytics, scheduling, and homebuilding systems ensures operational efficiency. You are comfortable balancing time between the office and on-site visits, committed to quality and continuous improvement in every project you lead.
