Clio is seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to build and maintain a secure, scalable internal platform. You will lead from the front, combining hands-on coding with strategic oversight to unlock velocity while enforcing safety and security across use cases.

You will supervise engineering managers and ICs, collaborate with leadership to evolve LLM usage, and recruit top talent to sustain Clio’s ambitious growth in tooling and infrastructure.
