Your Mission

As IT Director, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and overall performance of information technology. What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis

  1. Define and implement the short-, medium-, and long-term technology strategy.
  2. Act as a strategic advisor to management on all IT-related matters. Manage IT infrastructure and ensure system security, performance, and reliability.
  3. Develop robust cybersecurity policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Oversee technology projects from planning to delivery, respecting budgets and timelines.
  5. Foster innovation by proposing technology solutions tailored to business needs.
  6. Lead and mobilize a high-performing IT team, focusing on collaboration, talent development, and agility.
  7. Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT (analysis, systems, development, or architecture).
  • 5+ years in IT management, including solid experience in project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions in a changing environment.
