Your Mission

As IT Director, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and overall performance of information technology. As a key member of the management team, you will play a decisive role in business decision-making, ensuring that all IT systems, tools, and projects effectively support the company’s growth and innovation objectives.

What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis
  • Define and implement the short-, medium-, and long-term technology strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to management on all IT-related matters. Manage IT infrastructure and ensure system security, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop robust cybersecurity policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee technology projects from planning to delivery, while respecting budgets and timelines.
  • Foster innovation by proposing technology solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Lead and mobilize a high-performing IT team, focusing on collaboration, talent development, and agility.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT (analysis, systems, development, or architecture).
  • 5+ years in IT management, including solid experience in project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
