With over 140 non-bargaining staff and lawyers operating out of 18 offices, Legal Aid NL is one of the largest providers of legal services in the province, offering services to eligible individuals in the areas of family, criminal and some administrative law matters. We are searching for a Director of Human Resources (permanent) to join the senior management team in the head office based out of St. John’s. Reporting to the Provincial Director, the position will be responsible for providing leadership in the attainment of strategic objectives and promoting excellence in all facets of human resource management including recruitment and retention, employee relations, workforce development, and benefits management.
