Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will lead a team to ensure flawless cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public spaces. Your strategic and guest-centric approach will promote service excellence, team development, and operational efficiency at one of Vancouver’s most iconic luxury hotels.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning
  • Hotel or Hospitality Management degree / diploma (asset)
  • Attention to detail, proactive, and adaptable
  • Flexible to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
