Position Summary

Crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fleet operations. Primary responsibilities include managing a diverse team of drivers, mechanics, and administrative staff, ensuring the efficient scheduling, maintenance, and compliance of our fleet.

Location: Alberta

Schedule: 40 Hours Monday to Friday

What you will do

  1. Implement Fleet policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  2. Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance, maintenance scheduling, and repair and return of company vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop fleet maintenance and procurement strategies, set performance targets, and align fleet operations with company goals.
  4. Cost Control: Manage fleet maintenance and repair-related budgets for western Canada, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, multi-province licensing requirements, and emissions standards, ensuring full compliance.

What You’ll Bring
