What you will do :

Reporting to the VP, Operations, as the Director of Fleet & Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our brand and sales, service, and parts business. You will cultivate relationships with key business clients and oversee the entire fleet sales process to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify prospects and solicit business from small and large commercial accounts
• Maintain and retain current commercial accounts by implementing strategic touch points in person, digitally, and/or via promotional outreach
• Proactively participate in federal, provincial, and municipal agency tendering processes
• Prepare and submit monthly forecasts for deliveries, service, and parts business to the corresponding dealership(s) and collision centers
• Maintain knowledge on manufacturer’s products and program updates involving automotive fleet and retail sales
• Plan and participate in various annual trade and industry shows
• Respond to all relevant inquiries
• Prepare sales invoices
