As the Director of Financial Reporting, you will lead and scale our finance function as we grow our global, multi-product SaaS business. Experience in a SaaS environment, a global business perspective and a passion for AI are all necessary for the position.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and compliance operations in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Design and implement scalable financial systems, processes, and internal controls to support high growth and automation.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global finance team, promoting accountability, and financial discipline across all functions.
• Collaborate with FP&A to support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process with accurate operational inputs and insights across products, business units, and geographies.
• Implement AI tools to drive efficiency in Order-2-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and the financial close process that leverage automation to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and enable long-term planning.
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A, pricing, and market expansion through data-driven and automated financial analysis.
• Act as a strategic advisor on business performance, risk management, and capital strategy.

What You’ll Bring To Maropost

8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Director or equivalent role, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.

Proven experience in SaaS (B2B & B2C), multi-product environments, ideally supporting companies with $80M+ in annual revenue.

Global finance experience including multi-entity consolidations, transfer pricing, and FX management.

Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and implement systems that improve speed, accuracy, and automation.

Familiarity with ASPE and its application in mid-sized, growing businesses.

Thrive in fast paced, high growth environments with shifting priorities and aggressive goals.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for AI and its role in modern finance.
